Conduct an initial video call interview for a preliminary assessment of the candidate’s suitability.
Verify the candidate’s past work performance through reference checks.
Host a final interview discussing job specifics and addressing candidate queries.
Extend a job offer to suitable candidates, including all discussed details.
Begin the onboarding process post-acceptance, introducing company culture and providing necessary training. (this is exclusive of the packages)
